Dr. June starts us out by encouraging everyone about trusting in the Lord for the New Year. The Lord is already over there. He will be with us. She then read Exodus 12 about the passover lamb, the blood and reflected on Jesus before he died and did the last supper. Jesus is the Lamb! Then brought up that in the book of Revelation the Lamb appears again! He's the one worthy of opening the seals!

Pastor's Sermon....
Pastor encourages us about different situations in the Bible where people were betrayed, Jesus, Stephen, etc.. He reminded us about Judas' kiss of betrayal to Jesus before he was crucified. He talks about Stephen and how he made the Jewish council really bad by speaking truth. He explains the rejection God went through by the Children of Israel. God was rejected. God sent the prophets to warn and how they were rejected. Stephen really shows this council the error of their ways then they stoned him to death!
Amos 5 - They hate him that rebuketh in the gate, and they abhor him that speaketh uprightly.
Give us strength Lord to stand with all the darkness around us! <~~~Pastor Dennis
Star of Ramphan in the Bible
Amos 5:26 But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves.
Acts 7:43 Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.
The Star of Remphan refers to a pagan idol representing the planet Saturn, worshipped by ancient Israelites in the wilderness, as mentioned in Acts 7:43 and Amos 5:26 of the Bible, with Remphan being the Greek name (from the Septuagint) for the Hebrew "Chiun" or "Kiyyun," a celestial deity linked to Babylonian and Egyptian god worship. It symbolizes idolatry and rebellion, appearing as a star-shaped image (likely hexagonal) associated with false gods, distinct from the later Star of David, which wasn't a Jewish symbol until the Middle Ages.
The fear of the Lord is wisdom. Honor is humility. Before destruction, the heart is haughty. It's all about repentance and a heart of repentance. Look at the humility of Jesus. When a wild stallion is broken and controlled, that's meekness.
In short, Pastor encourages the church to trust in the Lord in the coming days and allow Him to be the judge. Allow Him to defend you. Just know that the word tells us ahead of time that we are going to be rejected and betrayed by loved ones. We are going to see this come forward in a big way in 2026. We must trust the Lord and fear Him more than any love on the Earth. We are an eternal being with an eternal purpose.
Psalm 93
