His Rest

In this day and hour where trouble and war is all around us, we must find that secret place. We must keep our peace. We do this by specifically being intentional to have time alone with God. We must have a prayer closet where we can shut the world out and spend time with our savior. This is where we will find our rest. We can rest in the midst of the storm. Remember what God told us last year in our fast....

Trust in me. Dance with me. Give me your hands and put your feet on mine. I know how to dodge the bullets and lead you in the storm. Let's Dance!

This is a great invitation that Jesus is offering us. "Come unto me."

Acknowledge your burden before the Lord. Jesus is the word. He is the answer. We can find peace, direction and joy in Him. Jesus is inviting us.

Isaiah warns us about those who call evil good. Woe unto them who are wise in their own eyes. Prudent in their own site. They are scheming. Those who are mighty and mingle strong drink!

Rest in the day of trouble. The just shall live by faith!  God is our refuge and strength in times of trouble! There is a river in the city of our God! We need that river!

God is calling us to that narrow path. The world is a wide path.  He is my defense! I shall not be moved! He is my refuge! Trust in Him at all times! Pour out your heart before Him! God is our refuge! Be quiet before the Lord, worship, pray, sing.
