Today we focused on what do we need to do to even start a real health journey? Not one that is a diet or where you feel choked to death because it's not sustainable. No, this is a health journey where we change our "stinkin' thinkin'"! This is where we will learn our temples and be better stewards. 

Five Ways to Start Your Health Journey

  1. Ask God to help you overcome your flesh. Surrender your faults to Him. Your need of help.

  2. Ask God to forgive you and repent of not being good stewards over your temple and self-discipline.

  3. The KEY is nutrition. Our body is a machine and we are going to learn that machine through nutrition.

  4. Tips to start day by using my example:

    1. Celery juice glass first thing and 1st drink

    2. Then Green Drink smoothie

    3. To help your digestive track be easy and smooth, then take one (1) tablespoon of coconut oil every morning

    4. Then take your supplements. Mine are:

      1. NAC 1000 mg

      2. Bomb Detox Gut Colon Support

      3. 90k Cayenne Capsules

      4. C-1000 Immune Support

      5. L-Glutamine 1000 Muscle Recovery

  5. Give yourself permission to focus on your temple and realize how important it is that your temple be in alignment with God so that you can be used by him with energy and strength.

Health Benefits of Celery Juice

Our Green Drink Ingredients:

  • Power 3+ Green Supplement - 1 scoop (2 tbsp
  • Beet Juice ice cubes - we take a tablespoon of beet powder & mix with water & freeze
  • Dr. Schultz superfood - 1 scoop (2 tbsp)
  • 2 apples - prefer big red delicious apples - wash them then cut in slices and cut middle out and chop up and put in bottom of blender
  • Then put nuts on top of apple (walnuts, pecans or brazillan nuts or almonds - any of those about a 1/2 palm full.
  • Then put two handfuls of kale in there
  • Then three tbsp of Yogurt - 19g-25g of Protein GREEK (vanilla flavor enhances flavor of smoothie)
  • Then we put eggshell powder on there from our chickens (2 tbsp)
  • Then in a glass I put half water (filtered) with scoop of green drink, Dr. Schultz, & Glutamine Powder and stir with fork until all blended then pour that into blender, then add another cup of water
  • Then I put the beet juice ice cubes on top and blend AS SMOOTHIE

We drink celery juice first, then I make the smoothie. This is our breakfast. Dennis will not drink his until he wakes up a couple hours later. I drink mine while I'm in my prayer closet writing.

You need to know the difference between alkaline and acidic foods because you need to start your day off with alkaline foods. The celery juice and green drink kicks your gut off perfectly!  Then for lunch you can begin eating. If you want to do a  healthy breakfast then do it at lunchtime or don't do green drink no more than twice a week (in other words do green drink 5 days a week and 2 days breakfast).

I believe this will give you a great fresh start. Just know that your pilate will change as you force yourself to accept healthy things. YOU TELL YOUR BODY WHAT TO DO -  NOT IT! So as you begin to choose health over pleasure foods, then you will begin to discover that your body will crave the healthy stuff and will be in revival! I feel like mine is!
